Do I need to register in order to place bids?

Do I have to buy anything after I register?

No, you don't have to purchase anything after you register, please do remember that our auctions run 24 hours a day 7 days a week.


Can I bid on as many items as I like?

 After the first transaction is officially completed, customers will be able to bid freely on other items.


How come I did not receive confirmation e-mail after registering?

A confirmation message is sent via e-mail shortly after you register.
If you do not receive this message within 24 hours of your registration please contact Customer Service.

Can I register under more than one account?

No. Website will only allow you to register one account per user.



How can I update my registration information?

Website members may update their contact information (e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number) by using the My Profile link section of the My Account section.

What exactly is an Open Auction?

An Open Auction is when buyers bid until the auction ends. The item is then sold to the highest bidder at the end of the auction period.

Once the auction closes, an e-mail notification providing payment information will be sent.

Why does the system not accept my bid?

There are two reasons why a confirmed bid can be considered invalid:

  1. You have entered an invalid value in the "Bid Amount" field. Make sure that your bid amount contains only numbers. Do not enter any dollar signs ($) or commas (,) etc. into the bid box field. Also, Only whole dollar amounts will be accepted.
  2. Your bid amount is less than the "Next Bid" value.

How can I retract my confirmed bid?

Once you have submitted your confirmed bid, it cannot be retracted except in the case of obvious typographical errors or an error on the item's listing. In this case, you must e-mail customerservice with all applicable information including your username, the type of error, and the item's listing number. A customer service representative will review your request and make a determination based on the information that you provide.


Where can I monitor my bidding activity?

You can monitor all your bidding activity from within the My Account section.


Closed Auctions

How do I determine when an auction has closed?

When an auction has closed, a message indicating This Auction is SOLD will be displayed on the auction description page.

Once the auction closes, an e-mail notification will be sent the winning bidder.


How can I tell if I am the winning bidder?

After the auction closes, the listing page will display the username of the auction's current winner. We will also send you an automated email indicating the auction has closed and you are the winning bidder.




Will you post my winning item into my account after the auction closes?

Won auctions will post in your account after the auction has closed. If the item has not posted within an hour after the auction has closed, please notify customer service.


Who do I pay when I am the winning bidder of an auction?

If the item is being sold directly by Website you can proceed to our online payment center immediately to arrange payment for the auction. For more details, please visit our Payment Information & Shipping Information pages.




Can I cancel a winning bid from my account if I changed my mind about the item?

No. When bidding on a product, you agree to complete the transaction. Failure to do so can lead to bidding privileges suspension. We ask that you do not bid on items unless you are willing to pay.


Technical Problems

I am having problems logging in.

The single most common cause of login issues is username/password problems. Before taking any of the steps mentioned below, check your username and password. Make sure your caps lock is off.

If that fails, you will need to ensure your browser's cookies are enabled.
